Perincian Paket:
Paket ini disponsori dan disubsidi oleh PT. Indonesia MOC Services (“MVCI”) sebagai upaya pemasaran untuk rencana timeshare Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. A major credit card is required for check-in. Ini adalah paket pembelian di muka dan biaya Paket akan ditagihkan pada kartu kredit Anda pada saat pembelian Paket tersebut. This Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the property. Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number at least 14 days prior to arrival, and is subject to availability. Kualifikasi:
This Package is designed for married couples with a joint monthly income in excess of IDR 90.000.000 (annual income US$75,000), both aged between 28 – 65 years of age. Attendance at a sales presentation about the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the Package visit and may be conducted by an affiliate of MVCI, except that such sales presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to availability. It is a condition of the Package that married couples travel and attend the sales presentation together. If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the sales presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which is specified in the email you received.
Surcharge and Silent Day:
Semua biaya yang berlaku akan dibebankan dalam mata uang Rupiah Indonesia. A surcharge is applicable at IDR 1.000.000 per night from Christmas & New Year 21 December 2024 – 2 January 2025, Chinese New Year 29 January – 1 February 2025, Eid Fitri 26 March – 5 April 2025, Easter Holidays 16 – 20 April 2025, School Holiday 17 June – 1 July 2025, China National Day & Golden Week 1 – 7 October 2025 every year, Christmas & New Year 21 December 2025 – 2 January 2026. No check-in and check-out on Silent Day (29 March 2025).
Package Validity:
Perjalanan harus dilakukan dalam 12 bulan sejak tanggal pembelian.
Pembatasan:
Paket ini dibatasi hanya satu paket untuk satu rumah tangga. Additional nights, if available, will need to be booked via www.marriott.com at the best available rate. Tiket pesawat, transportasi, dan pengeluaran tambahan menjadi tanggung jawab penuh tamu. Harga paket tidak dapat dikembalikan uangnya dan penawaran Paket tidak dapat dipindahtangankan. Reschedules will be subject to a fee of IDR 500.000. Pembatalan, ketidakhadiran, dan pengaturan ulang reservasi yang terlambat (kurang dari 14 hari sebelum kedatangan) akan dikenakan biaya pembatalan sebesar harga ritel penuh untuk akomodasi (01) malam (hingga Rp5.000.000). Kecuali disebutkan lain, tamu tidak akan memperoleh Poin Marriott Bonvoy dari pembelian Paket ini. Paket tidak dapat digabungkan dengan penawaran lain. Paket ini tidak tersedia untuk karyawan MVCI dan perusahaan afiliasi serta anggota keluarga inti mereka. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 12 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by MVCI or its affiliates are not eligible for this Package. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
